Julie Case, Founder & CEO

Julie Case is the Founder and CEO of Cadents, an AI-native infrastructure risk intelligence company. She founded Cadents after leading Cisco’s software lifecycle conformance programs, where she watched Fortune 500 IT teams struggle with the same problem she’d seen for two decades: lifecycle risk scattered across vendor timelines, spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge, invisible until it becomes an outage or a breach.

Julie has spent 25 years running the operations that keep SaaS companies alive. She has been through three IPOs. At Extensity, she directed corporate IT and the SaaS platform through the company’s IPO and eventual acquisition. At Responsys, she ran global SaaS production operations for six years, overseeing data centers processing over two billion transactions a month; the company went public during her tenure and was later acquired by Oracle for $1.6B. At Yodlee, she led a 65-person global infrastructure team across five data centers through the company’s IPO, before its acquisition by Envestnet. She later ran cloud production operations at Genesys and customer care transformation at Cast & Crew.

She built CadentsIQ to be the platform she never had: one that turns vendor end-of-life data, vulnerabilities, and asset context into decisions IT leaders can defend to their boards.
