John Majeski is a Silicon Valley-based operating executive, investor, advisor, and board member with a track record of helping companies scale, transform, and exit. He has held senior exec roles at HP, Dell, and Lenovo, with full P&L responsibility across sales, marketing, operations, product, engineering, M&A, corporate venture capital, and post-acquisition integration. Earlier in his career, John was a founder and partner in multiple startups that achieved successful exits. 

At Dell, he integrated a $1B acquisition and helped grow revenue from $400M to $2.3B in three years through organic growth and strategic technology investments. At HP, he served as CTO of Cloud Client Computing, and at Lenovo, he led initiatives focused on acquisitions, co-investments, and the company’s evolution from hardware into software and solutions. 

Today, through his company North Beach Investments, John advises early and growth-stage companies on strategy, operations, product, go-to-market, fundraising, AI, leadership, and exit readiness.
