James McLeod has been a professional software developer for over 25 years. It all started at the tender age of 15 selling Commodore PET and Apple 2E programs to Latin teachers that allowed their students to practice their declensions and conjugations. Fast forward to recent times, James spent 15 years of his career developing software for real-time control systems for the broadcast industry. In the past 10 years, James took a detour to further develop his business skills as a technical program manager at Genesys and Wikimedia Foundation. James holds bachelor’s degrees in applied mathematics and civil engineering and a master’s in environmental and civil engineering. James is big on community engagement and held various leadership positions at The Learning Enrichment Foundation in Toronto, Canada before resigning to spend more time with his family. James retains a passion for programming and software development. When not engaged in business, you can find James entertaining and being entertained by his three beautiful daughters.
